Motherland Charity Foundation is a charitable organization. Women, in particular, have pledged to overcome the barriers that prevent women and girls from reaching their full potential. In addition, to dispel the fear of gender-based violence Motherland Charitable Foundation has been actively promoting awareness for surrounding communities through behavior altering programs including and led by youngsters. The youth development program requires each district to include at least two female representatives in the decision-making group of seven individuals to ensure active women participation in the government process and increase citizen engagement. To encourage healthy reproductive practices. Motherland Charitable Foundation guarantees that its female students and youth leaders have access to proper menstrual hygiene practices.                                                               

The number may not be that much in a highly populated country like Bangladesh. In numaritic counting it is hundred but to change the life of this hundred women to sow seeds of hope in their lives and initiative was truly needed. Motherland Charitable Foundation has taken that initiative. Being element among its advocacy against the fear of Gender-Based Violence against Women, the campaign intends to sensitize women, men, and communities to topics that, in the long run, might reduce the fear of Gender-Based Violence against Women through young capacity-building. Moreover, in order to encourage healthy reproduction practices, Motherland Charitable Foundation provides its female students and youth leaders with access to appropriate menstrual hygiene practices. Through Motherland Charitable Organization Women, we are devoted to addressing the barriers that women and girls experience in achieving their full potential.
